I cannot overstate the difference in work satisfaction, productivity, and employee morale that working with Dafna made.  Dafna was patient and clear and a pleasure to work with.  Not long after we went over my results, I, and I think I’m justified in speaking for my whole team, understood much better how to communicate, motivate, and just generally work together.  I saw through my colleague’s eyes and was able to tailor my needs in the work place to suit theirs, such that work was accomplished efficiently and with a sense of pride in teamwork.  Simple changes, like understanding how you and how those around you best function, make a world of positive impact.
